Footnote: 06.02.07 Mental was my early foray into webcomic self-syndication (albeit a short-lived one). While nothing profound, it caused me to discover early on that it was much easier to create, publish and view a comic online than use traditional print media, and I was surprised that more cartoonists had not turned to this format. Now, over six years later, it would seem webcomics have proliferated quite considerably.
